The evening begins with the MHJA Open Meeting at 3 PM, followed by cocktails, dinner, awards, and the ever-popular silent auction.

• 5:00 PM – Cocktail Hour

• 6:00 PM – Dinner Seating & President’s Welcome

• 7:15 PM – Awards (1st Section)

• 7:45 PM – Dessert, Coffee & Final Silent Auction Bids

• 8:05 PM – Awards (2nd & 3rd Sections)
