The MHJA is excited to host an upcoming event! Join us for an evening of learning and discussion about anxiety in equestrian sport with Licensed Clinical Social Worker and equestrian Lisa Weiss to talk about what anxiety is, how it can show up in equestrian sport, and how we can work to manage it.
